Jonatan is passionate about bringing people together to change things for the better.

He is a creative leader working at the intersection of democracy, innovation, strategy and communication. He draws on methods from design and user involvement, co-creation, strategic design, strategic storytelling, democratic involvement and mobilization.

Jonatan has also spearheaded a wide range of analyses and has helped create new knowledge about democracy, welfare development, the future job market, young people and technology.

His experience spans across the private sector, ministries, municipalities, trade union and civil society.

Jonatan was most recently Head of Innovation at Denmark’s second largest trade union, HK, where he led the development of the world’s first innovation lab in a trade union. Before that, he was Head of Projects at the Danish think tank Mandag Morgen, where he led a wide range of analyses and development projects for some of Denmark’s largest organizations, foundations and companies.
