Erla Hadaoui

Erla is a strategic advisor with over a decade of experience at the intersection of politics, public administration and civil society. She has served MPs, ministers and committees across the Nordic region managing complex projects that foster collaboration and develop solutions across sectors and borders. Her career spans roles at the Nordic Council of Ministers, the Nordic Culture Fund, and the Danish Parliament, with a focus on advancing children and young people’s rights and influence, gender equality, representation, and the arts and culture. Notably, she led the Youth Day initiative at COP24 in Katowice and coordinated the Nordic Council of Ministers’ efforts during the 2016 Women’s Commission Summit in New York. Erla has also overseen numerous strategic initiatives and projects on both national and Nordic levels. Most recently, she served as Project Manager for the Nordic Committee for Children and Young People, where she focused on integrating children and youth perspectives into the work of the Nordic Council of Ministers. Erla values inner balance and well-being as essential to professional success. As a certified mindfulness instructor with knowledge in coaching and conflict management, she empowers individuals and organizations to foster inner sustainability and resilience.
