Aya Omoto is the co-founder of laere Inc and, together with Yukie Sakamoto, forms the company’s management team. After graduating from KaosPilots in Aarhus, Denmark, her passion and primary professional ambition has been to help individuals and organizations – especially in Japan – build confidence in their own creative abilities.

To achieve this goal, she consciously works at the intersection of the physical expression and design of the space, creative educational processes and knowledge about innovation, collaboration and leadership. In 2020, Aya Omoto was selected to represent the Japanese delegation at the 15th German Japanese Young Leaders Forum, organized by the Japanese-German Center in Berlin.
