Martin is an interdisciplinary transformation and change agent. His educational background and professional work combine systems thinking, strategic design, narrative development, facilitation, and leadership.

He began his career in design, primarily within strategy, UX design, and research, and later co-founded eliot, a boutique organisational design and transformation agency, where he worked with organisations such as Fritz Hansen, DR, Mojang Studios, IKEA, the Red Cross, Børns Vilkår, and Ungdommens Røde Kors. After six years with eliot, Martin became a freelancer to pursue a Master’s degree in Political Ecology, Environmental Justice and Degrowth.

Since then, his work has focused on helping organisations, institutions, and movements that are all working toward a more democratic, ecological, and socially just future.
